The number of people who can occupy this accommodation will have to be respected or the contract will be terminated. The down payments will remain our property.

In case of cancellation of the rental, you will be asked for proof and the deposit will remain our property. In case of reported cancellation between the 30th and 7th day before the scheduled date of your arrival, it commits you to the payment of 75 of the rental amount.
